All prices are in EUR and include VAT where needed.
We accept secure payments through trusted providers.
Once you order, we’ll confirm by email.
We deliver to selected EU countries (see our Delivery Page for details).
Plants usually arrive within the timeframes listed, but sometimes couriers take a little longer.
We package carefully, but if your plant arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll make it right.
Because plants are living things, we can’t take them back once delivered.
If your plant arrives in poor condition, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Once your plant is safely home, it’s up to you to give it the right care. Don’t worry — we share tips on our site and care cards to help.
We can’t take responsibility for plant health once they’re in your care.
We’re also not responsible for courier delays.
