At Lea & Fig, we want you to be as happy with your new plant as we are sending it to you. Every plant is carefully packed and shipped with love — but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
Plants are living things, and shipping can sometimes be a little stressful for them. If your new green friend shows up looking less than healthy, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

We get it — sometimes love at first sight doesn’t happen. Unfortunately, because plants are perishable, we cannot accept returns just because you’ve changed your mind. Please choose carefully before ordering.
We don’t offer direct exchanges for plants (every one of them is unique!), but if there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll work together on the best solution.
