Each plant is unique, so there may be slight variations in size, shape, and color. But we always make sure your plant matches the description and is healthy.
Yes. Once your plant is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link from GLS or DPD so you can follow the delivery step by step.
If you’re not available, the courier will leave a note or deliver to a nearby pick-up point. Please collect your plant as soon as possible to avoid stress from waiting in the package.
It’s normal for plants to be slightly stressed after their journey. Give it some water, place it in a bright spot (but not direct sun), and let it settle. Avoid repotting for at least 2 weeks.

At the moment, we don’t offer scheduled delivery. Orders are shipped as soon as possible to keep your plant fresh.
